Hi Cookie Monsters! My name is Lauren, I am a mother of 4 boys and I own a micro bakery in Danville NH that specializes in gourmet cookies! My cookies weigh 7.3-8oz each. I started making cookies when my husband and I were into bodybuilding and we would purchase cookies only to be dissapointed and feel like the treat wasn't worth it. I decided i'd never waste a treat meal again, and 'Cookie Doh' was born.
I would take some cookie dough over a cookie any day so I figured out a way to bake cookies that resembled, well, Cookie dough! I achieve this texture by using pasteurized egg whites and heat treated flour.
I am so thankful that i get to share my treats with all of you too, I hope you love them as much as I do! I can't wait to bake for yoy!

I just want you to know that i ate just about a million different cookies, doughnuts, and cakes last weekend at my first show and your cookies were BY FAR my favorite!! they were so gooey and delicious that I stopped trying other pastries because I knew I just wanted to eat more of yours!

Your Dough is so soft it doesn't actually get hard in the freezer! It literally tastes like eating chilled dough!! your cookies are some of the few I've tried that work at pretty much every temp which means quality to me!
Omg the lemon blueberry cheesecake is my new fav!! You need to totally keep that one in the rotation from time to time. Wish I would've gotten more!!
